This post is a big favor for my friend Alice, who owns this beautiful little house perched on a hill in Negril. Alice and Ted are offering a steal of a deal for your Negril vacation rental!

I wanted to post this because Alice and Ted have been close personal friends of mine for years and I’ve stayed at their home on more than one occasion. The location is fabulous, away from the bustle but only 10 minutes from town, in a nice and quiet area in the hills. The view up here is to die for….pretty much ALL of Negril’s 7 Mile Beach and the Caribbean Sea.

The vacation rental offers the entire main floor, two awesome sized bedrooms, full bath, full kitchen, and fully furnished with TV. The front bedroom has its own door out onto the giant veranda pictured below. And a wonderful breeze flows through the house when windows on either side are open. Since these pictures were taken, the house has been fully grilled with security bars as well.

You can rent this entire 2 bedroom home for USD $80/night or $500/week! Alice also said a cook is available for a fee, and if its Ted who’s cooking you don’t want to miss out! His food is to die for! Also transportation available.

If they will give this place a name and if I can use these photos I will add an information page about it to my data base of resorts in my Negril Jamaica Vidia – an encyclopedia – directory of every enterprise in Negril.

I was wondering if you are interested in doing a monthly rental and how much you would charge. I will be moving there in January and I am looking for a house to rent. If I dont rent from you, I will definately look you up anyways I have heard such lovely things about you!

Because of the large increase in utilities, I have been forced to raise the price on a monthly rental to $600 a month. Contact me soon if needing to book as inquiries are coming in fast and furious. LOL.

Thank you for your inquiry. Yes it’s available during that time. It is fully furnished. Just bring your personal items and clothing. If you need anything else that is not in the kitchen we are available upstairs and may have it for you. It has a 2 burner propane stove, refrigerator, nice large sink. The bathroom has a shower, but a bath can be taken in it because it is so deep. There are 4 ceiling fans. 2 in the great room, and 1 in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a screened door out to the veranda. The veranda runs the full length of the home and there is a view of the sea. The unit is burglar barred and the property is fenced and gated now. The pics do not show this as it came later. I will be back on the island during that time and may be able to help with transportation to the beach. Anything else you want to know please email me @ jamaicamiss@ aol.com.
