By far, one of the most valuable resources for all things Jamaican is a chat forum. I have gained so much knowledge and met so many people this way. This entire category will tell about all the people I’ve met, family-like connections I’ve made across North America and Jamaica, places to stay that I would have never found, etc.
I was a senior moderator on a Jamaican chat forum for 6 years and it’s enabled me to experience so much more on my Jamaica vacations. So far I’ve met 18 most wonderful people from Jamaicans to Americans to Canadians, who all have one thing in common….vacations in Jamaica!
I have since branched off that forum and started my own. Its primary purpose is to be a place where lovers of the country can come together and share experiences, knowledge, fun, travel tips, recipes, language and culture.
My favorite thing about forums are the trip/travel reports. Pretty much everyone posts a report after every trip they’ve been on.

Is it trues that the ETJ forum does not offer any health benefits for their moderators and admins? I’ve heard that they make some of them work 7 days a week without any over time.
