The first time I saw any advertisements for this stuff was in September 2009. Of course I wondered what it would taste like so I bought some. My first thought is that it MUST be similar to Magnum, another Jamaican wine concoction, because of the size of the bottle and the hot girl on the label. Magnum, they say, makes you horny for lack of a better word. I don’t know why they say that because it just makes me tired….it’s alcohol!
Jamaican Power Wine
I have to laugh at the signs and advertising because of the hot girl in the middle of it and the reference to “horny goat weed”. I’ve never googled horny goatweed to see if it lives up to it’s name. But I’ve tried Power Wine and its pretty much the same as Magnum and I wasn’t horny LOL. Both drinks, in my opinion, taste similar to cough syrup which I love but it’s probably not for everyone.
Jamaican Power Wine
You should definitely try this or Magnum next time you get a chance. You can buy it at any supermarket or at any bar. One of the great things about it is the bottles are small so it’s easy to pack in your luggage to bring home. Not sure if I should be saying that but it’s true.

There is now a host of these ‘power wines’ on the market and all of them seem to use scantily clad women as part of the package. I suppose if all else fails, the memory of that woman on the bottle will help get the job done.
Haven’t tried any of them, but if they taste like cough syrup, I’ll stay away.

BAAAHAHAHA @ the memory of the woman on the bottle. For real!
That’s funny!
Yah in my opinion they do taste like medicine but even as a kid I’ve always like medicine LOL.
