LOL. I 100% concur about Jamaican men in the kitchen. Their mama's definitely raise them right and teach them all they need to know in that department! Where I live, steamed fish is one of the popular delicacies because it is a healthy form of cooking - less fat and oil compared to frying. Ingredients used include combinations of garlic, ginger, onion, chilli, sometimes adding oyster sauce and a dash of something extra, say mangoes, for example. You may like to try those!
