R.I.P. Oneil Edwards
I just received word that ONeil Edwards from the group Voicemail passed away today. When I was in Jamaica a couple weeks ago I heard the news that he’d been shot 7 times, and he managed to hang on for more than two weeks….until today.

Coincidentally I made this little video last week of a sweet little Jamaican boy dancing, so I edited it to the song “Style & Swagga” by Voicemail. It was just so fitting. Now I’m dedicating this video and this post to Oneil Edwards.
May he rest in peace.

I cannot believe Oneil Edwards from Voicemail passed,it is so unbelievable, I am so feeling it as if he were my own brother, because it is so sad, He seems to be such a good Man,all of Voicemail members seems to be so nice. I just wish I could have met Oneil before he died. And hopefully one day i can meet Craig and Kevin. I am a big fan of Voicemail, I love their music. So I dont know how someone could have killed a good man like Oneil. I would like to give my condolences to his family. And to Oneil, may your soul Rest in Peace, I love You.

Awww that was so nice Leesaan. Thanks for posting. I was shocked too….I actually heard the news when I was in JA a few weeks ago. Very sad.

This is precious! It is incredible how it seems all these beautiful children exit the womb knowing how to dance! I spent the day with the sweetest little 4 yr old from Lucea last wk and she was so full of dance and song…everywhere we went she was shakin those hips like it was more natural than walking itself! <3
