I actually did the first time I stayed there, but not the second. I wasn't aware of the no guest after 6pm thing, for me it was 11pm and all we were trying to do is get changed to go out!! However I do understand why they check...probably because almost every tourist woman checks in alone and has company by the 2nd or 3rd day of being in Jamaica LOL. It gets crowded some days but it's usually a lot of locals, not too many tourists. The water is just okay too, as I said not the greatest beach but it's still a beach!
